    Product Description

    KS-176 is a selective inhibitor of breast cancer resistance protein (BRCP; IC50 = 1.39 μM) with no activity against P-glycoprotein (P-gp) or multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (MRP1).1 It acts as a non-competitive inhibitor whose potency is increased by imatinib binding. KS-176 does not reduce cell viability at concentrations up to 10 μM.
