    CB-7921220 is an inhibitor of the adenylyl cyclase (AC) isoforms AC1 and AC6.1 It is selective, reducing AC1 and AC6 activity by 60% while having no effect on AC2 and AC5 in Sf9 membranes stimulated by forskolin (Item No. 11018) when used at a concentration of 100 μM.
