Orfamide B is a cyclic lipopeptide originally isolated from P. fluorescens.1 It is the main orfamide produced by Pseudomonas sp. CMR12a. Orfamide B inhibits mycelial growth and increases hyphal branching in the fungi R. solani AG2-1 at concentrations of 10 and 100 µM and in R. solani AG 4-HGI at a concentration of 100 µM.2
