    Product Description

Caspase-9 inhibitor III is an inhibitor of caspase-9 with cardioprotective effects.1 It reduces infarct size, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) release, and DNA smearing induced by ischemia and reperfusion in isolated rat hearts. Caspase-9 inhibitor III also inhibits TnI proteolysis induced by matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) when used at a concentration of 30 μM.2

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
