    Product Description

    MMP-2/MMP-9 inhibitor II is a dual inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 (IC50s = 17 and 30 nM, respectively).1 In mice, it suppresses lung colonization of Lewis lung carcinoma cells and inhibits tumor-induced angiogenesis, tumor growth, and liver metastasis.1,2
