    Product Description

    Suc-AAP-Abu-pNA is a chromogenic peptide substrate for pancreatic elastase.1,2 It is cleaved by elastase to release p-nitroalinide (p-NA), which can be quantified by colorimetric detection at 405 nm as a measure of enzyme activity.
