    BMS 986205 is an inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1; IC50 = <50 nM).1 It inhibits kynurenine synthesis in HeLa cells and IDO1-overexpressing HEK293 cells (IC50s = 1.1 and 1.7 nM, respectively).
