    Lalistat 2 is an inhibitor of lysosomal acid lipase (LAL; IC50 = 152 nM using purified human LAL).1 It blocks lipid clearance induced by the autophagy enhancers MSL and MSL-7 in HeLa cells preloaded with palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) and oleic acid (Item No. 90260).2
