    Product Description

    SR 4370 is an inhibitor of histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3; IC50 = 6 nM).1 It is selective for HDAC3 over HDAC1, -2, -6, and -8 (IC50s = 0.13, 0.58, 3.7, and 2.3 µM, respectively). SR 4370 decreases viability of MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells with an IC50 value of 12.6 µM.
