    Product Description

    24,25-epoxy Cholesterol is an oxysterol.1 It inhibits the proliferation of HGC-27 gastric cancer cells when used at a concentration of 1 µM, an effect that can be enhanced by knockdown of liver X receptor β (LXRβ). Levels of 24,25-epoxy cholesterol are increased in the tumor tissues of patients with gastric cancer.
