    NSC 15520 is an inhibitor of replication protein A 70 (RPA70) dsDNA binding.1 It selectively inhibits dsDNA over ssDNA binding to RPA70 when used at concentrations ranging from 25 to 400 µM. NSC 15520 also inhibits the protein-protein interaction between the cell cycle checkpoint control proteins p53 or Rad9 and RPA70.
