    1,3-Dinonadecanoyl glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains nonadecanoic acid (Item No. 19723) at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions. It has been used as a standard for the quantification of diacylglycerols in synthetic milk fat by solid phase extraction (SPE) HPLC using an evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD).1
