1,3-Dioleoyl-2-octanoyl glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid (Item Nos. 90260 | 24659) at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions and octanoic acid at the sn-2 position. It has been used to characterize the functionality of R. oryzae lipase for regiodistribution analysis of fats containing medium- and short-chain fatty acids.1
