    1-Palmitoyl-2-stearoyl-rac-glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) at the sn-1 position and stearic acid (Item No. 10011298) at the sn-2 position. It has been used in the determination of the diacylglycerol fatty acyl chain properties that activate the ADP-ribosylation factor 1 GTPase-activating protein (ARF1 GAP).1
