    1,3-Dipalmitoyl-2-stearoyl glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions and stearic acid (Item No. 10011298) at the sn-2 position. 1,3-Dipalmitoyl-2-stearoyl glycerol levels decrease in rats with reduced food intake-induced energy depletion compared to fed rats.1
