    Product Description

    1-Palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-rac-glycerol is a diacylglycerol containing palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) at the sn-1 position and oleic acid (Item Nos. 90260 | 24659) at the sn-2 position. It has been found in crude sunflower lecithin.1 1-Palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-rac-glycerol levels increase in RINm5F rat insulinoma cells treated with oleate, elaidate, or trans-vaccenate.2
