    Product Description

    Sapacitabine is a prodrug form of the nucleoside derivative CNDAC (Item No. 40672).1 In vivo, sapacitabine (5 and 15 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an MV4-11 mouse xenograft model when administered alone or in combination with the histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor SAHA (vorinostat; Item No. 10009929).
