    Product Description

Histone H2B (21-35) is a peptide fragment of histone H2B that corresponds to amino acid residues 22-36 of the human histone H2B sequence. Histone H2B (21-35) contains an aspartic acid at position 25 that spontaneously converts to isoaspartic acid at physiological pH in vitro and in vivo and induces production of autoantibodies against histone H2B in murine models of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).1

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
