    Product Description

Histone H3 (21-44) (phospho-Ser28) is a peptide fragment that corresponds to amino acid residues 22-45 of the human histone H3.3 sequence. Phosphorylation of histone H3 at serine 28 is correlated with chromatin condensation during mitosis and is induced by various signaling pathways including the Aurora kinase pathway.1,2 It is present in labile nucleosomes and is associated with nucleosome disassembly in active promoters.1

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
