    Product Description

    Navoximod is an inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1; IC50 = 28 nM for the recombinant human enzyme).1 It decreases tumor volume in a Panc02 murine pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) model when administered at a dose of 500 mg/kg.
