    Product Description

    PF-4840154 is a transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) agonist.1 It induces calcium influx into HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human or rat TRPA1 (EC50s = 23 and 97 nM, respectively). Intraplantar injection of PF-4840154 (30 nmol) increases paw licking time in mice in a TRPA1-dependent manner.
