    Product Description

    BMS 753 is a synthetic retinoid and retinoic acid receptor α (RARα) agonist (Ki = 2 nM).1 It is selective for RARα over RARγ at 1 μM. BMS 753 (10 and 100 nM) induces morphological differentiation of P19 embryonal carcinoma cells, as well as F9 embryonal carcinoma cells when used at a concentration of at 100 nM in combination with the pan-retinoid X receptor (RXR) agonist BMS649.2
