    Product Description

    Oxfendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic.1,2 In vivo, oxfendazole is curative in pig models of H. rubidus or A. suum infection when administered at doses of 3 and 6 mg/kg, respectively.1 It is lethal to H. contortus and T. circumcincta when administered to infected cattle (LD50s = 4.28 and 3.61 mg/kg of host weight, respectively).2 Formulations containing oxfendazole have been used in the treatment and prevention of helminth infections in livestock.
