    Product Description

    Precellys® 2 mL protein safe soft tissue homogenizing (CK14) includes 50 preps of 1.4 mm ceramic (zirconium oxide) beads and protein safe solution in 2 mL standard tubes. Protein safe soft tissue homogenizing CK14 is designed for soft tissue homogenization like brain, liver, kidney, skin, plant leaves, mammalian cells, and more. The protein safe kit preserves the protein from proteases degradation and ensure an intact quality of the sample. Protein safe is efficient against serine proteases, aminopeptidase B & leucine aminopeptidase, cysteine proteases & trypsin-like proteases, aspartic proteases. The composition is make of AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin, pepstatin A. Sample size range for 2 mL tubes: from 20 mg to 200 mg tissue or 200 μL to 1.6 mL culture.
