Precellys^® 2 mL Protein Safe Hard Tissue Homogenizing Tubes (CK28-R)

Includes 50 preps of 2.8 mm ceramic (zirconium oxide) beads and Protein Safe solution in 2 mL reinforced tubes. CK28-R 2 mL Protein Safe reinforced tubes include O’ring and reinforced materials for dry grinding, valuable or very hard samples while ensuring inhibition of endogenous protease activity. Protein Safe Hard tissue homogenizing CK28-R is designed for hard tissue homogenization like ear, lung, heart, spleen, tail, artery, Arabidopsis, leaves, and more. The protein safe kits preserves the protein from protease degradation and ensures an intact quality of the sample. Protein safe is efficient against serine proteases, aminopeptidase B & leucine aminopeptidase, cysteine proteases & trypsin-like proteases, and aspartic proteases. The composition is made of AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin, and pepstatin A. Sample size range for 2 mL tubes: From 20 mg to 200 mg tissue or 200 µL to 1.6 mL culture.
