    IT-143A is a bacterial metabolite originally isolated from Streptomyces sp. IT-143.1 It is active against the bacterium M. luteus (MIC = 6.25 μg/ml) and the fungi A. fumigatus and T. rubrum in vitro (MICs = 12.5-25 μg/ml).
