    Product Description

    MMAF is an auristatin with anticancer activity.1 It is cytotoxic to Karpas 299 anaplastic large cell lymphoma, H3396 breast carcinoma, and 786-O and Caki-1 renal carcinoma cells in vitro (IC50s = 119, 105, 257, and 200 nM, respectively), as well as in a panel of 11 lymphoma cell lines (IC50s = 34.8-164 nM).
