    Boc-Leu-Leu-OH is a peptide building block.1 It has been used in the synthesis of a peptide-based curcumin derivative with anticancer activity in vitro. It has also been used in the synthesis of fluorescent peptides containing naphthalene and protoporphyrin IX.2
