    Fmoc-Glu(OtBu)-OSu is an amino acid-containing building block.1 It has been used in the synthesis of bis- and tris-branched carboxyl group-terminal PEGylating reagents. Fmoc-Glu(OtBu)-OSu has also been used in the synthesis of N3S chelators.2
