    Calcein Deep Red™ AM is a fluorogenic probe. As the acetoxymethyl ester, Calcein Deep Red™ AM is non-fluorescent but cell-permeant and is hydrolyzed to the fluorescent probe Calcein Deep Red™ (Item No. 20634) by intracellular esterases. Calcein Deep Red™ is retained by live cells and displays excitation/emission maxima of 643/663 nm, respectively.
