    Product Description

    TC 13172 is a covalent inhibitor of mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL).1 It is selective for MLKL over receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 1 (RIPK1) and RIPK3 at 10 µM. TC 13172 inhibits necroptosis induced by TSZ, which is a combination of TNF-α, a Smac mimetic, and Z-VAD-FMK, in HT-29 cells (EC50 = 2 nM). It inhibits TSZ-induced oligomerization of MLKL and translocation of MLKL to the plasma membrane in HT-29 cells when used at a concentration of 100 nM.
