    Product Description

    CC-92480 is a modulator of the E3 ligase cereblon.1 It binds to cereblon (IC50 = 0.03 µM in a FRET assay) and induces the degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos in lenalidomide-resistant H929 R10-1 cells when used at concentrations of 1, 10, and 100 nM. CC-92480 induces apoptosis in the same cells. It reduces tumor growth in an H929 R10-1 mouse xenograft model when administered at doses of 1, 3, and 10 mg/kg.
