    Product Description

    SAGE-217 (Item No. 31755) is an analytical reference standard categorized as a neuroactive steroid and GABAA receptor positive allosteric modulator.1,2 SAGE-217 has anticonvulsant activity in mice and reduces neuropathic pain in a mouse model of segmental spinal nerve ligation.2,3 Formulations containing SAGE-217 have been used in the treatment of postpartum depression. SAGE-217 is regulated as a Schedule IV compound in the United States. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
