    N-Allyl-(±)-SKF 38393 is a dopamine D1 receptor partial agonist.1 It is selective for dopamine D1 over D2 receptors in radioligand binding assays (Kis = 302 and 5,250 nM, respectively). N-Allyl-(±)-SKF 38393 reduces food intake in rats (ED50 = 3.6 mg/kg).2 It reduces cocaine and food self-administration in squirrel monkeys when administered at doses ranging from 0.1 to 10 mg/kg.3
