    Product Description

CCT031374 is an inhibitor of β-catenin/transcription factor (TCF) complex signaling.1 It inhibits TCF-dependent transcription induced by expression of ∆N-β-catenin, a constitutively active, stabilized form of β-catenin, but not expression of a constitutively active TCF-VP16 fusion protein in reporter assays at 30 µM. CCT031374 (80 µM) induces apoptosis in, and inhibits growth of, HCT116 colon cancer cells.
