    Levodropropizine is the levo isomer of the antitussive agent dropropizine (Item No. 31110) and a peripherally acting antitussive agent.1 It reduces the frequency of citric acid-induced cough in guinea pigs when administered at doses of 10 and 20 mg/kg.2
