    Product Description

    Actiphenol is a bacterial metabolite that has been found in Streptomyces and has antiviral activity.1,2 It is active against coxsackievirus B3 and influenza A virus (IC50s = 14.37 and 34.4 µg/ml, respectively).1 Actiphenol (50 µg/disc) potentiates the antifungal activity of miconazole (Item No. 15420) against C. albicans in a disc assay.2
