    Product Description

Vibegron is an agonist of the β3-adrenergic receptor (β3-AR).1 It selectively induces cAMP accumulation in cells expressing β3-ARs (EC50 = 2 nM) over β1- or β2-ARs for which it has no activity at 10 µM. Vibegron (3 mg/kg, i.v.) increases the micturition interval and decreases the micturition pressure in a female rat model of Parkinson’s disease with lower urinary tract (LUT) dysfunction.2 It reduces non-voiding contractions during bladder filling in mice with spinal cord injury.3 Formulations containing vibegron have been used in the treatment of overactive bladder.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
