    Product Description

MDK35833 is an inducer of octamer-binding transcription factor 3/4 (Oct3/4) expression.1 It induces Oct3/4 expression in reporter assays using HEK or NCCIT cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM. MDK35833 (20 µM) induces expression of the genes encoding the pluripotency-associated proteins NANOG, REX1, and KLF4 in primary human fibroblasts.
