    Product Description

    7α-Thiospironolactone (7α-Thio-SL) is an active metabolite of the synthetic steroid spironolactone.1 In vivo, 7α-thio-SL (100 mg/kg) decreases plasma testosterone and estradiol levels in male dogs.2 It reduces mercuric chloride-induced nephrocalcinosis and mortality in rats.3
