    Product Description

    AZD 2716 is an inhibitor of secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2; IC50s = 0.01, 0.04, and 0.4 µM for sPLA2-IIa, -V, and -X, respectively).1 It inhibits sPLA2 activity in atherosclerotic plaque homogenates isolated from patients with coronary artery disease (IC50 = 56 nM).
