NKP-1339 is a ruthenium complex with anticancer activity.1 It is cytotoxic to HT-29 and SW480 cells (IC50s = 24.46 and 123.3 µM, respectively). NKP-1339 induces mitochondrial apoptosis in SW480 cells. In vivo, NKP-1339 (10.5, 21, and 42 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth in a SaI/N murine fibrosarcoma model.2
