    Product Description

    OATD-01 is an inhibitor of chitotriosidase 1 (CHIT1) and acidic mammalian chitinase (CHIA), also known as AMCase (IC50s = 23 and 9 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for CHIT1 and CHIA over a panel of 98 enzymes at 10 µM. OATD-01 (30 and 100 mg/kg) reduces the degree of lung fibrosis and plasma chitinolytic activity in a mouse model of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin (Item No. 13877).
