    Product Description

    JZP 430 is an inhibitor of α/β-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6; IC50 = 0.044 for the human enzyme).1 It is selective for ABHD6 over fatty acid amid hydrolase (FAAH) and monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) when used at a concentration of 2.5 µM, ABHD12 at 1 µM, as well as lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) and cannabinoid 1 (CB1) and CB2 receptors at 10 µM.
