    N-desethyl-N-methyl Vardenafil is a potential impurity found in commercial preparations of the phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor vardenafil (Item No. 14930).1 It is also a PDE5 inhibitor (IC50 = 2 nM).2
