    Nucleic Acid Dye Green I is a cell-impermeable fluorescent dye that has commonly been used for the quantification of dsDNA and ssDNA.1 It displays excitation and emission maxima at 497 and 520 nm, respectively. Nucleic Acid Dye Green I has also been used in gene expression and RT-PCR assays.2,3
