    Product Description

    Docosahexaenoyl serinol is a derivative of 2-docosahexaenoyl glycerol (2-DG). It inhibits the growth of A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells (IC50 = 0.48 µM).1 It also inhibits degranulation of RBL-2H3 mast cells (IC50 = 16 µM).2 Oral administration of docosahexaenoyl serinol (20 mg/animal) suppresses the IgE-dependent passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction by 17% in mice.
