AZ 10606120 is an antagonist of the purinergic P2X7 receptor (IC50 = 10 nM).1 It reduces cell migration and proliferation of PANC-1 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM.2 AZ 10606120 (0.01 µg/kg) reduces cecal slurry-induced impairment of endothelial-dependent relaxation but increases spleen bacterial burden in a mouse model of polymicrobial sepsis.3
