    Product Description

TSPC is an inhibitor of the gibberellin receptor GID1.1 It inhibits the gibberellin-induced interaction between the gibberellin receptor GID1 and a negative regulator of its signaling, DELLA, in a yeast two-hybrid assay (IC50 = <30 µM) and gibberellin binding to GID1 in the presence or absence of DELLA in a cell-free assay when used at concentrations ranging from 1 to 100 µM. TSPC (10-100 µM) suppresses seed germination and seedling growth in Arabidopsis.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
