    Product Description

CCP-biotin peptide (non-cyclized) is a biotinylated and non-cyclized version of circular citrullinated peptide (CCP).1 The sequence corresponds to amino acids 447-467 of human filaggrin but contains Q447H, S449C, G459R, E460G, and S462C substitutions and is citrullinated at arginine 455. Cayman's CCP-biotin Peptide (non-cyclized) is intended for use in the detection of anti-citrulline autoantibodies, which may bind the linear peptide.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
